Time to float.

Searching,

For someone to hold. ...

A runny nose,

Dried-out eyes, but

No longer barking, ...

Sometimes,

It’s hard to appreciate,

What lays before us. ...

When dead ahead,

Is a concrete wall.

When you look around, ...

Wrapped around a pole,

Refusing to let go.

Life feels scary, ...

Words I don’t understand.

Song I can’t sing.

Living in a foreign world, ...

Today,

Everything’s clear.

Open horizons. ..

When in doubt,

Follow the sign.

Go left. ...

Dried hay,

Suffocating,

Under a burning sun. ...

He blows his horn,

To an unknown crowd,

One summer Sunday. ...

Unusual days.

When children run around,

In empty streets. ...

Tranquility, peacefulness,

And her lying in my bed,

Close by. ...

To melt in you.

Lost in colors, magic,

Songs of chirping birds, ...

Looks familiar.

But not sure why.

Must have seen it, ...

Hazy skies,

Painted in light blue,

Carrying clouds, ...

A flattened, rusty crown.

The head, nowhere to be found.

Dangling by a thread, ...

Warm colors,

Softly singing.

Outer edges, ...

There is enough,

All around.

Fear, ...

Long, carefree, summer days,

That never seemed to end.

Racing through neighborhoods, ...

Thirty years ago,

WiFi didn’t exist.

Now worn-out signs, ...
