#3301 – Old

The shutters,

Are now all worn.

With rusted hinges,

And leaves overgrown.

Yet standing tall,

Open,

Bold and proud.

So too,

I shall grow old.

Like a shutter,

Humbly time-worn,

Tall and overgrown.
