#3116 – Lighthearted

Today I’ll climb a tree,

To discover,

What beyond I see.

Perhaps I’ll shake,

The branches within reach,

So snowflakes can dance,

Before landing beneath.

And I’ll recall the days,

When in the snowy mountains,

All day we played,

Without a care for tomorrow,

Or anything else.
