#2983 – Harvest
Nettings on the ground,
With sticks in hand,
We rattle branches,
Watching almonds dance.
Old fashioned and tiring,
It certainly is,
But why change,
Our timeworn ways,
When side by side,
We can work and laugh,
As in days long past.
Nettings on the ground,
With sticks in hand,
We rattle branches,
Watching almonds dance.
Old fashioned and tiring,
It certainly is,
But why change,
Our timeworn ways,
When side by side,
We can work and laugh,
As in days long past.
