#2936-Notions

Maybe if I close my eyes,

Letting the child play,

As in days long gone by,

I can somewhere far away fly,

On a bicycle in the sky.

Perhaps some on the ground,

In amazement will stare,

Or unable to dream,

Ignore me,

Like every other day.

But in the end,

It matters not to me,

What others think,

Or in their hearts believe.

It’s a small world,

And I’ll be happy,

If to a few only,

A smile or some comfort,

Along the way I can bring.
